The book of Ephesians was written by the apostle Paul while he was in prison. The letter was addressed to the church in Ephesus, an influential city in Asia Minor, and was intended to be circulated among multiple churches in the region.

He focuses on living wisely, understanding God’s will, and the importance of prayer. Paul closes with a call to live boldly in proclaiming the gospel of peace.

Ephesians provides valuable instruction on unity, spiritual growth, relationships, and living out faith in a complex world. It remains deeply relevant today.
